take lots of pillow stuffing, like this from Joann's...
and stuff it into a pillowcase. *this pillowcase has buttons for a closure*
If the pillowcase has a zipper or buttons, just close it up after stuffing. If one end is open, you can take "iron-on fusion tape" and easily seal it. Otherwise, you can handstitch or machine stitch it closed.
